About this project
Like many smaller American towns, North Chicago, Illinois had fallen on hard times. Local businesses had moved away, taking opportunities with them. That vacuum was soon populated with a steady increase in crime and predatory businesses.
Local citizens have long been working to improve the city they love, resolute that these obstacles will no longer tear apart the fabric of their community.
